General: All orders accepted by the Oxford Studio are subject to these terms and conditions.

Availabilty: Orders will only be accepted to UK addresses.

Limit of edition: The Oxford Studio certifies that photographers' prints as described on this site are of an edition as stated. No more than this limited edition will be sold by the Oxford Studio. There are a number of proof prints as stated which will not be sold by the artist. These proofs may be gifted, however, and subsequently sold by others. There will be no restrikes or reissues of this work. Each artwork will be accompanied with a receipt, signed by the photographer, guaranteeing its provenance. Current edition sizes are 100 across all sizes with a maximum of five proofs.

Copyright: In accordance with international copyright law, copyright in all works shown on and sold through this website remains the property of the photographer. No copying of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial, is allowed without prior agreement in writing from the photographer. All negotiations for permissions will be through the Oxford Studio on behalf of the photographer. Any lease or hire of the work to third parties will be subject to a fee payable to the photographer through the Oxford Studio.

Privacy: Information on our customers is collected through the online order forms and kept for our sales records. We will not sale, trade, or lend this information to third parties. It may be seen by others only for accounting and tax return purposes. We will only contact you in relation to your purchases, or if you opt in to our mailing list.

Pricing and payment: Prices are displayed in £s (pounds sterling or GBP). We accept credit and debit cards online using PayPal through a seperate secure payment page. PayPal will confirm your transaction via e-mail. Using this method, we do not have access to your card details. You can make payment by personal cheque or banker's draft in sterling drawn against a UK bank, made payable to the Oxford Studio. It is also possible to make payments using your online bank and, if you choose this method, we will send our account payment details to you. Cash is only acceptable at exhibitions, we cannot accept cash sent by post.

Confirmation of order: If you pay online, you will receive an automatic e-mail from PayPal confirming that your payment has been accepted. This will be followed by a detailed response from us as soon as possible within working hours. If you pay by post, we will reply to you by letter confirming the details of the order.

Delivery: Your order for mounted prints will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery within five working days of receipt of your payment. Canvases take longer to prepare and will be sent within eight working days. During May, because we will be at the Chelsea Flower Show, orders for prints will take a maximum of two weeks, and canvases three weeks, to fulfill. You will be informed by e-mail that your order has been sent. If for reasons beyond our control we cannot meet this deadline, we will contact you by e-mail, post or telephone and give you the option of cancelling the order.

Refunds or replacements: If the order arrives damaged or is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then accept its return by recorded delivery, and either give you a refund or a replacement, as you choose, and cover your postal costs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by letter or e-mail within ten days of receipt that you intend to return it. We will then issue a returns authorisation number. Returns without an authorisation number will not be accepted. The order must then be returned to us in original condition and at your expense. The Oxford Studio will then refund the original purchase price in full. Refunds will usually be made in the manner of the original payment.

VAT: The Oxford Studio is not registered for VAT.

Law: The Law of England shall apply to any transaction on this site and the Courts of England are the courts of jurisdiction.
